Mostly catchy uptempo songs of summer and sun! It's fresh and its fun! Includes the moody excellent protest song Save The Children bemoaning global child poverty featuring the highly respected Junior of 'Mama Used To Say' fame. The backing vocals especially towards the end is really reminiscent of Earth Wind and Fire. The title track Living My Life is a big bold catchy pop tune with Motown leanings. The soulful No Feelings written and sung by Claire sounds like the best 80s soul/r&b when someone heard it blasting from a car they wanted to immediately buy it and were shocked to told it has never been released, that fan said I thought that was a tune in the pop chart, you must release that song I love it its brilliant! Cant Live Without You is a slow ballad, Jam It To The Top is pure infectious soca, Mek We Jam has soca influence but not totally, and the innovative Access The File well its very difficult to categorize but its awesome you have to hear it and the rest of this one of a kind album!

It kicks off Work It Out a bouncy solid stepper that is guaranteed to get your body moving. Me and You fans willrecognize This Love the classic recording still being played today with people talking about how many babies have been made to that song, the effervescent You Never Know What Youve Got their international pop chart hit bringing them wide appeal and a massive following early in their career (although this album was not their firstas most people think), their stupendous versions La La La Means I Love You popularised by The Delfonics and Alton Ellis, and Smokey Robinsons Ooh Baby Baby amongst others.
